  14. We are now evaluating the US Robotics Total Control NetServer Solution
  15. from US robotics.
  16.  
  17. We use Analog/Digital Modems + The NetServer card (60 port version)...
  18. Seems to work fine, except that the Total Control Server has it
  19. weakness and lacks some needed features...
  20.  
  21. We are looking for ANYONE who has any experience with this solution,
  22. any information, recommendation , information to share, problems you
  23. found. Please let me know, E-mail me be back is the best way.

  25. What really interests me is:

  27. 1. Do you know of specific modems that cannot connect to this rack or
  28. that they need special tweaking i.e iNIT string on the users end or
  29. change in my end ?
  30. 2. Load problems i.e What happens when the rack is totally loaded with
  31. all of the 60 modems working at 115kbps to the mid plane ?
  32. 3. Heat problems ?
  33. 4. Modem hangs i.e Quad Modems get mulfunctioned or require a reset ?
